Dry Gin gets drier and refreshes the palate with this tart citrus kick. Fresh grapefruit with a salty edge which is enough to make an old man dance.
Rub a grapefruit wedge around the top of a rocks glass to wet it. Dip the rim in a layer of salt. Use a serviette to remove the salt from the inside of the glass, and tip it out. Fill the glass with ice. Add the Dry Gin, Campari and Grapefruit Juice to the glass. Stir to chill and dilute the drink. Top up with more ice if needed, and stir to incorporate it. Serve.
