What's this whisky doing in my mexican fruit cup? Being awesome, that's what! Fresh fruit, spicy chili, zesty lime and a healthy splash of whisky. Try it at our cocktail bar!


  • Tumbler Glass
  • Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorn Strainer


  • 4 cl Bay Leaf Gin
  • 1 cl RAW Whisky
  • 4 cl Mango Puré
  • 1,5 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1 cl Simple Syrup
  • 2 drops of Orange Bitters
  • Tajin Powder*
  1. Add ingredients to shaker top
  2. Fill shaker with ice and pour over
  3. Wet rim of glass with a lemon and dip in Tajin Powder*
  4. Fill glass with ice
  5. Give it a long hard shake and pour over
  6. Garnish with chili

Tajin Powder*

Tajin powder is a Mexican spice mix (Read about it here) and we make ours in a mortar on the back bar with dried chilies, sea salt, and dried lime.
