  • 6 cl Whisky
  • 3 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1,5 cl Simple Syrup
  • Dash of angostura Bitters
  • Whole egg white (or less)
  • Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
  1. Add ingredients to shaker
  2. Fill shaker with ice and pour over
  3. Shake with ice
  4. Strain for ice and discard it
  5. Dry shake and pour into glass
  6. Garnish with Maraschino Cherry
