Thai of the Eye-ger

Fresh, savoury, sour – this one has it all! The classic Daiquiri took a trip to Thailand and came back dressed as a Tom Yum with spicy notes of Long Pepper, palm sugar, sriracha, and lemongrass. Fresh coriander and sesame oil gives it the final touch, but beware of the kick – it knows Muay Thai!


  • Chilled Coupette Glass
  • Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorn Strainer


  • 6 cl Long Pepper Aquavit
  • 1,5 cl Lime
  • 1,5 cl Mr. Urth's unpatented Thai Palm Sugar Syrup
  • Coriander leaf
  • Sesame oil
  1. Pour ingredients into shaker
  2. Fill shaker with ice and pour over
  3. Short and hard shake
  4. Strain into Chilled Coupette glass
  5. Garnish with Coriander Leaf and three drops of Sesame Oil
