The De La Louisiane is a rich and flavorful cocktail with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, with the spicy notes of rye whiskey and the herbal flavors of absinthe and Benedictine playing off each other. The De La Louisiane is a classic New Orleans cocktail made with rye whiskey, Benedictine, sweet vermouth, absinthe, and a dash or two of creole style bitters like Peychaud's. Its stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass, the cocktail is garnished with a lemon twist or a cherry. The drink has a long history dating back to the early 1900s and is still a popular choice in bars today, particularly in New Orleans.

Absinthe spray
