Mulberry Rose Aquavit’s freshness, heightened into a thirst-quenching treat. It’s easy to shake up, and the perfect way to kick off festivities as the sun begins to set.

60 ml Mulberry Rose Aquavit
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup (alt. The Syrup Company Raspberry Syrup)

Measuring Cup or 'Jigger'
1. Prepare coupette glasses by chilling them in a freezer.
2. Combine the ingredients in a shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice to the top.
4. Close the shaker. Shake for ten seconds to chill, dilute, and aerate the cocktail.
5. Fetch your coupette glass from the freezer.
6. Open the shaker. Use both a cocktail strainer and a fine strainer (sieve) to strain the drink into the frozen cocktail glass.
Fill a tall glass with large ice cubes. Add 4 cl of Mulberry Rose. Add 10 cl of tonic. Stir once to mix the aquavit with the tonic. Add more ice to top up. Add a mint sprig to each glass and serve.
