50 ml Dill Anise Aquavit
15 ml Lillet Blanc
2 drops Reduced Wild Fermented Beer

Stirring Spoon
Measuring Cup or 'Jigger'
Mixing glass
1. Prepare coupette glasses by putting them in the freezer.
2. Fill the mixing vessel with plenty of ice.
3. Combine the Dill Anise Aquavit and Lillet Blanc in the stirring glass.
4. Stir 20 times, to chill and dilute the drink.
5. Fetch a coupette from the freezer.
6. Strain the drink into the frozen glass.
7. Garnish with two drops of reduced wild-fermented beer.
