Few cocktails are more widespread, loved and varied than Gin and Tonic. Depending on which gin, which tonic and not least, garnish you use, the cocktail can have a myriad of different expressions. With Byens Gin you get a light and mouthwatering G&T with the signature dry, citrusy expression and refreshing notes of herbs and flowers. Garnish with blue cornflowers or bay leaves — the symbol of victory — to emphasize the spicy notes in the gin.
