I Got You on Tape

After a hiatus of 10 years, I Got You On Tape returned to the music scene for the first time with a powerful performance on the concrete floor of Copenhagen Distillery. The band's members, Jacob Bellens, Rune Kielsgaard, Jeppe Skovbakke, and Jacob Funch, had spent the past few years pursuing individual projects, following a period of success that included numerous awards and live tours.

The band's drummer, Rune, had been curating a series of concerts at Copenhagen Distillery, and I Got You On Tape was a surprise act at one of these concerts. The unexpecting audience gathered around the Danish rock band, eager to experience their unique combination of immortal songwriting and uncompromising musical expression.

The band delivered a festive and intense performance, engaging the lively crowd that had made their way to Kløvermarken.

It all culminated in a special moment of nostalgic ecstasy when I Got You On Tape played "Church of the Real" and "Somersault" live again for the first time in a decade.

I Got You On Tape proved that they are a force to be reckoned with, their energy and passion evident in every note they played, leaving the audience craving more. The band's return was long overdue, and we can't wait to see what they have in store for us next.
