This drink, with its neat blend of Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and a hint of Bénédictine, is a poetic balance of smoke, sweetness, and subtle herbaceous complexity.   • Chilled Coupette
  • Mixing glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer


  • 3 cl Blended scotch
  • 3 cl Sweet vermouth, Rosso
  • 1,5 cl Benedictine D.O.M.
  1. Fill stirring glass with ice
  2. Pour ingredients
  3. Stir 20 times to mix and chill
  4. Strain into coupette glass
