Copenhagen Distillery is one of the pioneers of modern Danish spirits. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, our distillery produces Danish whisky, gin and aquavit using organic ingredients and small-batch distillation.
Our whisky is matured in carefully selected casks and reflects the Nordic climate and our approach to contemporary craftsmanship. Alongside whisky we produce Nordic Dry Gin and a range of aquavits inspired by Scandinavian culinary traditions.

Our bar is shaped by the spirits we make. Whisky, aquavit, gin, and a small number of experimental editions that appear for a limited time, sometimes never to return.
The drinks move between classics and new interpretations. Some are immediately familiar. Others take a different route and reveal themselves more slowly. The menu is not about showing range. It is about balance, restraint, and letting the spirit lead.
There is no right way to drink here. You can stay with what you know, or follow your curiosity. Take your time. The pace is yours, and we are close by if you want guidance.
