Fermentation

This is where flavour begins.

We let the grain speak for itself. The sugars from the malt meet yeast and slowly turn into alcohol. But more importantly, they create aroma and texture. Notes of fruit, flowers, and warm bread start to form long before the spirit touches oak.

We do not rush this stage. Time allows complexity to build. Natural bacteria from the grain add quiet depth and a gentle acidity that makes the whisky feel alive.

What you taste later in the glass begins here. Fermentation shapes softness, elegance, and the first layers of character.

RAW is the clean expression of long fermentation, careful distillation and our signature virgin hungarian oak.

Made from 100 percent malted barley and matured in virgin Hungarian oak, it shows the grain clearly. You taste ripe fruit, soft sweetness, and a dry, elegant finish. It feels direct and confident.

RAW is for those who enjoy clarity. Nothing hidden. Nothing overworked. Just grain, oak, and time working together.

Distillation

Distillation is about clarity and balance.

We distil once, carefully. That single run keeps more of the grain’s natural character intact. The result is a spirit with presence and texture, not something stripped back and neutral.

Copper plays its part, removing harsh edges and refining the aromas. We select only the pure heart of the run. That is where the whisky feels clean, bright, and precise.

For you, this means a spirit that carries both weight and detail. It feels generous on the palate, yet composed. Structured, but never heavy.

REFINED builds on the same foundation, but adds another layer.

A portion of cold smoked malt brings subtle depth. Specially seasoned oak introduces spice and herbal tones. The result is more textured, more aromatic, and slightly darker in mood.

You may notice hints of toasted bread, gentle smoke, and Nordic herbs. It unfolds slowly.

Aging

Time and oak shape the final expression.

We mature our whisky in Hungarian oak, chosen for its tight grain and gentle tannins. The wood adds warmth, spice, and quiet sweetness. Over time, the spirit softens and deepens.

Temperature changes encourage the whisky to move in and out of the oak. This slow exchange builds texture and complexity. Harsh notes round out. Fruit becomes richer. The finish grows longer.

Aging is not about waiting as long as possible. It is about waiting until the whisky feels complete. When balance, aroma, and structure come together naturally.
