Join a guided tour and tasting of the distillery and its products, to explore the intricate processes behind our spirits. After the tour, stay for a cocktail or two from our seasonal menu in our cosy cocktail bar. We're open and we love company.

Tours & Tastings

Visit Copenhagen Distillery for a two-hour dive into our award-winning and distinctively Danish whiskies. You begin in the cocktail bar with a welcome drink prepared by our friendly bartenders. From there, we walk through the factory together and explore how we make our spirit from grain to cask. We finish with a tasting of the full whisky portfolio. When the session ends, you’re welcome to stay in the bar and enjoy more drinks at your own pace.

For our Gin and spirits tasting, we invite you on a journey through the history of distillation. From aquavit up to our modern gin. Apart from a taste experience, you will also gain an understanding of how innovation, craftsmanship and ingredients together can create unique complex flavours.

Workshops

Distillation workshop

Craft your own bottle of gin, aquavit, or a custom spirit in our 2,5 hour workshop. Begin by exploring the craft and science of distilling, then distill your personal bottle using our miniature still. Learn the techniques, create your unique spirit, and take home a one-of-a-kind creation.

Cocktail Workshop

Our cocktail workshop is a fun and interactive experience that will unlock the secrets behind creating delicious cocktails. During the course, our bartenders will guide you through the essential techniques for mixing and serving drinks, from shaking to stirring to straining.

Food Pairings

Smørrebrød and Aquavit

Experience aquavit, the “water of life,” as it’s meant to be; paired with traditional Danish open-faced sandwiches - smørrebrød - and draft beer from Anarkist or Nørrebro Bryghus. Our host will share the rich history of aquavit and its role in Danish culinary culture. A perfect blend of flavor and storytelling.

Cheese and Spirits

Prepare your taste buds for some of the most unique and experimental cheeses, carefully selected and paired with Copenhagen Distillery's fantastic spirits. Apart from experiencing Arla Unika's amazing products, the tasting also includes an opportunity to try the distillery's whisky.

Corporate bookings and Private functions

Step inside a working distillery and host your event in 500 square metres of open, industrial space with high ceilings and a central location. The room is anchored by our craft cocktail bar, making it ideal for everything from seated dinners to lively receptions. Our team is hands-on and practical.
