At its core is our organic Danish single malt, made from 100 percent organic Danish barley and distilled with precision and patience. We focus on clarity and structure, so the whisky carries detail without feeling heavy.
What makes this release different is the cask.
Before it held whisky, it held our Orange Gin. That gin is made with fresh orange peel, carefully extracted to capture the pure oil from the skin. We work gently to lift the bright citrus notes and avoid bitterness. The result is clean, vivid orange.
Perfect Balance
When the gin left the barrel, a subtle trace remained in the wood. As the whisky matured, it absorbed that memory.
On the nose, you find fresh orange peel. Not sweetness. Not marmalade. Just the fine spray of citrus oil. Beneath it, warm malt and soft spice from the oak. On the palate, the whisky is composed and precise. The citrus acts as a lift. It gives energy and length without taking over. The comparatively low abv makes it soft and velvety.
