Made from 100% malted barley, including cold-smoked portions, REFINED matures in virgin and specially seasoned Hungarian oak casks. Our unique seasoning process infuses the barrels with a proprietary blend, imparting a distinctly Danish character. The result is a sophisticated whisky with robust spice and herbal notes reminiscent of traditional Danish bitters, complemented by hints of licorice and toasted rye bread. Expect an expressive dram with delicate phenols, subtle smokiness, herbaceous sweetness, and discrete spiciness on the palate. REFINED elevates the art of whisky making.

The Aroma/Nose
