A Spirit Adventure

The journey to creating your own botanical spirit begins with a taste test. You will sample a variety of gins, each showcasing the impact of different botanicals on the spirit. With 40 cl of flavor-neutral base spirit of 60% alcohol, you will then have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and curiosities with your own distillation apparatus. The selection of botanicals will be at your fingertips, allowing you to mix and match ingredients to create a truly unique recipe. Under the guidance of our spirits experts, you will then undergo the process of maceration, distillation, and dilution to bring your vision to life.

With control over every aspect, from the botanicals to the alcohol percentage, you can create a one-of-a-kind spirit. The final product is yours to take home and enjoy. Keep in mind that the art of distillation is a challenging and complex pursuit. While our knowledgeable experts will be there to offer guidance and advice, the final outcome may be different from what you envision. However, we assure you that you will depart with a heightened appreciation and understanding of the timeless practice of distillation.

Experience a 2-hour gin-making adventure at Copenhagen Distillery. Enjoy a welcome drink, tour the distillery, learn the history of gin, select organic herbs and spices, blend your own bottle of gin. Once your blend is complete, you'll have the chance to create your own label for the bottle and seal it in wax, making it a truly one-of-a-kind creation.

The martini is a true icon of the cocktail world, and its widespread popularity has even made the glass it's served in a popular choice.

Manhattan
Short & Boozy, Classic
A Manhattan is a classic cocktail made by combining rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and maraschino liqueur. The mixture is stirred in a mixing glass with ice and strained into a chilled coupette. Garnish with an orange zest and cherry for the perfect finishing touch. To make a Manhattan, you'll need a chilled coupette, bar spoon, measuring cup or jigger, mixing glass, and strainer. You can get creative with with the bitters and the vermouth to achieve different flavors.

Espresso Martini
Modern Classic, Dessert
The original recipe for the espresso martini is a chilled shaken cocktail with espresso, sugar syrup, and vodka. That's it. While it goes by the name "martini," it deviates from the classic martini ingredients of gin and vermouth. As with other drinks that bear the term "martini" in their names, it is not a true martini. To give it an extra kick of coffee flavor, we enhance the recipe by using a coffee-infused vodka, which we call our Coffee Spirit.
